Product Description

Positioning sales visual screening machine, this machine uses dual vibration discs for feeding, and then two sets of robotic arms grab the material onto the fixture. Four CCD industrial cameras are used to detect the length, width, height, and other key dimensions of the product to ensure that they meet the requirements of the drawing. After the inspection is completed, the system automatically screens good and defective products and classifies them into seven sorting boxes, with a detection speed of 60pcs/min and a detection accuracy of ± 0.01mm
