Product Description

The vision inspection machine for brass tube testing uses a vibrating disk for feeding, with a manipulator picking up the brass tube and placing it onto another track. Two groups of manipulators work together to transfer the brass tube to the test area fixture. Next, two sets of gas gauges precisely measure the inner diameter of the brass tube. After the test, the system automatically sorts products based on quality: nonconforming products are pushed to the NG pipeline, while good products are directed to the good products pipeline. The detection speed is 30 pcs/min, with a detection accuracy of ±0.01 mm. This AOI inspection machine ensures fast inspection speed and high efficiency, making it a vital part of vision systems for manufacturing.
