Horn accessory visual screening machine

This machine adopts vibration disc feeding, is equipped with artificial intelligence visual inspection software, and is equipped with 7 CCD industrial cameras.
According to customer requirements, it can detect whether the key dimensions of the product, such as inner diameter, outer diameter, height, etc., meet the drawing requirements, as well as whether the surface of the product has appearance defects such as external edge defects and flat burrs on the hole opening.
The detection speed is 300pcs/min,
and the detection accuracy is ± 0.02mm.
