Product Description

Location pins optical sorting machine
This machine uses a vibrating disc for feeding, and uses a dividing disc to smoothly transport products to a glass disc. It is equipped with artificial intelligence visual inspection software and 14 CCD industrial cameras.
According to customer requirements, it can detect whether the outer diameter, height, and other key dimensions of the product meet the drawing requirements, as well as whether the surface of the product has appearance defects such as material damage, collision damage, poor plating surface, black spots, whitening, missing teeth, rust, etc. The detection speed is 100pcs/min, and the detection accuracy is ± 0.01mm.
