Circular plastic ring visual screening machine

This machine adopts vibration disc feeding,
equipped with artificial intelligence visual inspection software,
and equipped with 4 CCD industrial cameras.
According to customer requirements, it can detect whether the key dimensions of the product, such as inner diameter, outer diameter, height, etc., meet the drawing requirements, as well as whether the surface of the product has appearance defects such as upper and lower surface cracks and burrs.
