The automatic vision machine utilizes a conveyor belt to transport the entire tray of products to the inspection area. A mechanical arm then grabs and loads the products for inspection, while 12 sets of fixtures advance the items. Three sets of line scanning cameras perform a 360° comprehensive inspection, checking for surface defects such as outer circle, hexagon, and tooth damage. Additionally, five CCD industrial cameras verify whether key dimensions, such as outer diameter and total length, meet the drawing specifications and whether there are appearance defects like burrs on the surface of the products. After inspection, the mechanical arm automatically trays and unloads the products, while the system automatically sorts defective products into NG boxes. Good products are transferred via conveyor belts for further processing. This vision inspection device operates with a detection speed of 12 pcs/min and a detection accuracy of ±0.02 mm, making it an efficient solution for high-precision automated optical inspection in production lines. With the capabilities of a vision inspection machine, it ensures fast, accurate, and reliable sorting for seamless production operations.
