The square rivet visual screening machine uses vibration disc feeding and is equipped with artificial intelligence visual inspection software, along with 11 CCD industrial cameras. Tailored to customer requirements, this automatic vision machine can detect whether key dimensions of the product, such as outer diameter, height, and center distance, meet the drawing specifications. It also inspects the product surface for appearance defects such as overprinting, watermarks, burrs, pits, pressure marks, scratches, and curled edges. With a detection speed of 300 pcs/min and a detection accuracy of ±0.01 mm, this AOI inspection machine ensures precise quality control. Integrated into vision systems for manufacturing, it enhances production efficiency and ensures consistent product quality, making it ideal for high-speed, automated optical inspection.
