Inspection Screen
This inspection equipment is outfitted with four industrial cameras.

Camera 1 is Horizontal camera, inspect the multi-segment height and outer diameter.

Camera 2 is Vertical bottom view camera , inspect the aperture and the burr of the product.

Camera 3 is Vertical top view camera, inspect the opposite diagonal and angle of the product. It is also used to detect for chamfering.

Camera 4 is a 45° tilt camera used to determine if the product has internal threads.
